Our Way
Sustainably
We follow organic beekeeping practices and never use synthetic chemicals or antibiotics in our hives. Our bees forage freely on seasonal blossoms, and we only harvest excess honey, ensuring the bees always have what they need. By caring for healthy hives and supporting natural bee behavior, we produce honey that’s not only delicious but also kind to the bees and the planet.
Raw Honey
This is a frequently asked question: "Have you processed your honey in any way? Is it heated or filtered?" All honey in New Zealand crystallizes naturally, so it’s important to pack it soon after harvesting, and that’s exactly what we do. We retail-pack our honey within one to two weeks of harvest (after receiving lab results), so there’s no need for heating or liquefying. We also strain the honey through a coarse mesh to remove visible impurities, while keeping all the natural components like pollen, which are essential in genuine, unprocessed honey.
About Us
Every jar of our honey reflects years of hands-on experience and commitment to beekeeping. I started working with bees as a teenager and have since developed expertise in queen bee production and breeding, including working with different bee breeds in insulated environments. I have worked across multiple countries and under a wide range of weather conditions, gaining valuable knowledge at every step. My journey has been shaped by dedication and experience—all to bring you the purest, highest-quality honey and bee products possible.
